The genesis of The Farms came from the mountains and unspoiled landscapes that surround it.

The nostalgic farms that populate the outskirts of Jacksonville were the inspiration for our new agri-chic "farm."

For the purposes of authenticity, the invention of a “back story” was conceived.

Structures
Elevations, or facades, were developed as a reflection of the farmhouse ethos and its timeless, simplistic, and humble design. Traditionally, farms were comprised of a farmhouse, a barn and one or more outbuildings that were often multi-functional.

Landscape
The Rogue Valley is primarily known for its pear orchards and is the inspiration for the landscape design and ultimately became the principle element.

The community was designed so that outdoor and indoor living work in tandem for those who enjoy upscale living in a small town/rural setting.
