  Architect Looking back at the last few months working on The Farms of Jacksonville, there are a couple of things that stand out. The first is what a pleasurable and successful endeavor it has been to work with Sebren Development. Their commitment to a quality development permeates every aspect of the project from the site layout to the interior finishes and their vision for something a little more than the usual made our job much more rewarding.  Developer As Sebren Development's first "ground-up" project, it was important for us to create a product of quality and unique sophistication not only for our buyers but also for our neighbors and the City of Jacksonville. It was our intention to develop a community that would become a part of Jacksonville's rich history for the years to come. Special Thanks Special thanks to all of the dedicated members of The Farms team. The project was approved in record time and exceptionally well received by The City, neighbors, and community members. As a result of each member's participation and hard work, this project will prove to produce a sophisticated product that will set the standard for all new housing developments in the Rogue Valley. |
