Cabinets

IKEA AKURUM cabinets are made of sturdy 0.7in board (substantially thicker than most) with white melamine foil for a hard-wearing, moisture-proof and scratch-resistant finish. What's more, the entire product is recyclable. To the AKURUM framework, it is possible to add your own choice of cabinet doors and interior fixtures for creative storage solutions that are certain to fit perfectly with your unique needs. These European modular kitchen cabinets were chosen for The Farms because of their sleek modern design, durability and flexibility in so far as numerous upgrades and accessorizing options. Cabinets will be outfitted with black slab granite counter tops.

Fireplaces

SPARK Modern Fires (www.sparkfires.com) is redefining the gas fireplace industry. Providing a long-awaited design update to a classic fixture, SPARK's clean, elegant design is reinstating the gas fireplace as a choice for the modern home. Dispensing with the shapes and materials so long tied to the gas fireplace, and eliminating the so-called fake log altogether, SPARK has combined a clean, modern aesthetic with new technology to create a fireplace with an understated, often sculptural, quality. In every SPARK installation, the focus is on the beauty of the flame itself.

SPARK's vent free Fire Ribbon is a truly stunning fireplace with broad appeal. This modern fireplace offers the clean, simple look of a straight "ribbon" of fire.

Our design is unique in an industry that doesn't place a lot of emphasis on modern design. Not only is the rectangular shape unique — we’ve removed the glass doors found on most fireplaces. This unit offers tremendous installation flexibility as well since no chimney or flue is needed. Having satisfied a stringent national safety standard, this fireplace finds its way into the living rooms, dining rooms, and greats rooms of many homes. Installations can be on exterior walls, interior walls or in a corner.

Oak Hardwood Floors

DANSK offers a color choice of Arrowhead or Weathered Mask. DANSK Hardwood is "real oak hardwood flooring" that is carefully selected for its natural beauty, uniqueness and individual characteristics. The forest is the heart of the earth and DANSK Hardwood is committed to sourcing trees from carefully managed forests.

Plumbing and Hardware

The products selected for The Farms of Jacksonville were a collaborative effort of the design team, the developer, the builder, and the team as the supplier. The collection of fine decorative plumbing and hardware that has been selected is representative of the contemporary design philosophy that beauty is found in simplicity. The Cubo Vessel Sink by Porcher and the Techno Monoblock Faucet by Cifial found in the master suite is classic contemporary Italian design. The pedestal sinks found in the guest and powder baths were designed by internationally know Australian designer Marc Newson and are complimented wonderfully with the inclusion of the Techno Widespread Faucet from Cifial. The "Techno" faucet series is striking with its clean, simple lines and is carried through into the baths and showers as well. The spacious single bowl stainless sink from Artisan combined with the "GT" faucet continues the design concept into the modern kitchen.
